Our return policy allows you to return or exchange an item, excluding the shipping charge within a period of seven days. Any item must be returned in same condition as received.
Special order items are not returnable.
Before a return can be accepted, you must email for approval. Upon approval. you will receive an email confirmation of return approval. No returns will be accepted or credited for exchange or refund without prior aproval. After you receive return approval you must ship within 5 business days.
FOR MAILING RATES OTHER THAN INSURED PRIORITY OR EXPRESS MAIL CONTACT PANAMA PILGRIM. THE USPS MODULE ONLY ALLOWS FOR THE RATES OFFERED ON THIS STORE. FOR SMALLER ITEMS WE WILL BE GLAD TO SEND AN INVOICE FOR FIRST CLASS OR PARCEL POST RATES OR FOR ITEMS TO BE MAILED UNINSURED AT THE BUYERS RISK.
